The Bottleneck Review is a defined strategic engagement designed to answer one question: is there a credible path from the current situation to a decision?
It is intended for projects, transactions, market-entry situations and institutional problems where the economic logic appears sound but one or more dependencies remain unresolved.
Deliverables
Five things you should know before committing more time or capital.
Who can actually authorise, stop, accelerate or reshape the next material step?
Which commercial, institutional, technical and financial actors materially affect execution?
What appears to be absent: mandate, demand, capital, capacity, permission, partner, distribution, structure or sequencing?
Which categories — and where appropriate which identifiable organisations — deserve qualification first?
A sequenced recommendation ending in one of three conclusions: GO, RESTRUCTURE or STOP.
Timing
Typically ten working days once the scope and evidence are usable.
The review is deliberately bounded. It is not a substitute for due diligence, legal advice, engineering, regulated financial advice or a full execution mandate. Its purpose is to determine whether those resources should be committed — and in what sequence.
If the conclusion is STOP, that can still be a commercially valuable answer.
