We do not claim policy coverage merely because a category exists in a register. Fields declared in the EU Transparency Register should correspond to activities actually pursued.

The client, objective, authority to represent and commercial structure should be documented.
Relevant institutional activity, policy files and declarable revenue should be reconcilable with internal mandate records.
Potential conflicts are reviewed before acceptance and revisited if scope changes.
No false representation, promise of improper influence or ambiguity about the role of the firm.

The registration number will be published only after validation. Registration is a transparency mechanism and does not constitute endorsement or approval by any EU institution.
