How we engage

Mandate Types

Clear roles, written authority and an engagement structure proportionate to the problem.

Engagement discipline

The mandate should fit the bottleneck.

Camplone Consulting does not sell a fixed package of hours or a generic advisory product. The engagement is defined around the decision, relationship or missing piece that must be moved.

For material work, scope, authority, confidentiality, economics, decision rights and any success conditions or exclusivity should be documented before significant engagement with counterparties begins.

Typical structures

Four ways a serious engagement can begin.

01

Strategic Affairs Mandate

For a defined policy, stakeholder or institutional objective where access, positioning and judgment matter.

  • Stakeholder and decision mapping
  • Institutional positioning
  • Representation strategy
  • Policy and regulatory intelligence
02

Market Access Mandate

For companies entering or expanding in a market where commercial execution depends on local institutions, regulation or strategic partners.

  • Market-entry architecture
  • Local counterparties
  • Regulatory landscape
  • Cross-border coordination
03

Project Origination Mandate

For a credible opportunity that needs missing counterparties, demand, assets, operators, permissions or capital brought into one structure.

  • Opportunity and counterparty sourcing
  • Commercial architecture
  • Mandate and exclusivity design
  • Transaction coordination
04

Special Situations Mandate

For commercially important situations that do not fit a conventional advisory box and need a senior, discreet point of coordination.

  • Stalled transactions
  • Strategic partner searches
  • Underused or stranded assets
  • Complex multi-stakeholder problems

Economics

Commercial structure follows the work.

Depending on the mandate, economics may include a retainer, project fee, milestone-based component or other lawful performance-linked structure agreed in writing.

Where an activity is regulated, reserved or requires a licensed intermediary, the relevant work is performed only through appropriately authorised professionals and the mandate is structured accordingly.

Start with the problem

Do not choose a mandate type before we understand the bottleneck.

Tell us what exists, what is not moving and what you believe is missing. The right engagement structure comes afterwards.
